1. Eligibility for Refunds:
   • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the donation date.
   • To be eligible for a refund, the donation must have been made through our official channels and must not have been utilized for any specific purpose or project.
2. Refund Request Process:

   • Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
3. Processing of Refunds:
   • Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed and returned to the original payment method used for the donation.
   • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Donations:
   • Donations made for specific projects, events, or in response to fundraising campaigns may not be eligible for refunds.
   • Donations made beyond the 7-day window or that have been used for specific charitable purposes will not be eligible for a refund.
